💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live more independent lives. You'll provide personal care, accompany clients on errands, and assist with daily tasks through our Habilitation Apprentice Program. Paid training is provided, so no prior health care experience is needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• One year experience with IDD preferred but not required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with autism, cerebral palsy, or Down syndrome
• Valid driver's license
