• Collaborate with internal teams to triage escalations
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with teams
• Own response times and meet SLA targets

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in community management, internal comms, or PR
• Experience managing internal communication tools and community platforms
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
• Strong written communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
