You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and long-term value by proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of HackerOne's security platform, delivering measurable outcomes for industry-leading clients. This role offers the chance to work remotely near Seattle or Austin.

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Build scalable workflows and leverage automation tools for customer interactions.
  • Monitor account health and analyze usage trends to inform retention strategies.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption efforts to ensure customers realize value quickly.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and supporting renewals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to analyze customer data.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Experience in cybersecurity or security-focused SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
