You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of HackerOne's security platform, delivering measurable outcomes for industry-leading clients. This role offers the chance to work remotely near Seattle or Austin.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Build scalable workflows and leverage automation tools for customer interactions.
- Monitor account health and analyze usage trends to inform retention strategies.
- Lead onboarding and adoption efforts to ensure customers realize value quickly.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
- Experience managing customer relationships and supporting renewals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to analyze customer data.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Experience in cybersecurity or security-focused SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
