๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of enterprise grocery retail accounts, driving adoption and renewals.
- Serve as trusted advisor on e-commerce program growth and value realization.
- Support end-to-end platform launches with success metrics and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional escalations spanning platform, integrations, and fulfillment.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B technology.
- 3+ years supporting enterprise retail or grocery clients.
- Proven track record managing executive relationships for strategic accounts.
- Experience delivering or supporting e-commerce platforms like white-label storefronts.
