  • Manage portfolio of enterprise grocery retail accounts, driving adoption and renewals.
  • Serve as trusted advisor on e-commerce program growth and value realization.
  • Support end-to-end platform launches with success metrics and risk mitigation.
  • Lead cross-functional escalations spanning platform, integrations, and fulfillment.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B technology.
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise retail or grocery clients.
  • Proven track record managing executive relationships for strategic accounts.
  • Experience delivering or supporting e-commerce platforms like white-label storefronts.

  • Experience with grocery or food retail e-commerce.
  • Background supporting SaaS platform deployments with integrations.
  • Analytical fluency with Looker or Tableau; SQL proficiency.
