Description

You will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of all field and event marketing initiatives to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. You'll work cross-functionally to integrate events with sales priorities, ABM programs, and multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B field and event marketing experience driving pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and aligning events to ABM programs
  • Strong project management and ability to execute multiple complex programs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Zoom/Webex or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive field and events strategy to support pipeline, customer engagement, and brand awareness
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of virtual and in-person events including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars
  • Collaborate with sales and demand generation to align events with pipeline goals and ABM programs
  • Define success metrics, track ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure maximum ROI
