💼 About This Role
You'll lead the largest sales team within Ogury's US organization, focusing on key brands and holding companies in the West Coast region. You'll develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performing sales organization and drive strategic impact across the business.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build, lead, develop, and manage an exceptional sales team
- Enable team to exceed revenue expectations in a performance-driven culture
- Strategically identify organizational improvements and develop success plans
- Develop new and existing businesses to achieve company-wide sales goals
📋 Requirements
- Proven leader who has built a large sales organization at a scaling ad-tech company
- Deep knowledge and experience selling programmatic solutions to global brands and holding companies
- Experience with CTV, Online Video, and DSP is a plus
- Ability to manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
