Description

As a Senior Fraud Operations Specialist, you will investigate and resolve fraud-related alerts across the customer lifecycle, communicate directly with customers to resolve concerns, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to improve processes and maintain reliable operations. Your work will help protect customers and reduce financial risk while ensuring accurate and timely outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, KYC, or a related field
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining complex topics
• Ability to analyze issues and develop practical solutions
• Collaborate effectively with teams such as product, engineering, legal, compliance, and financial crimes

Responsibilities

• Review fraud alerts tied to account activity during onboarding and throughout the account lifecycle
• Document investigation findings and clearly explain the rationale behind each decision
• Communicate with customers to request information, provide updates, and resolve concerns
• Take appropriate actions to mitigate risk based on investigation outcomes
• Utilize AI tools to boost efficiency and drive process improvements
