Description

You will perform detailed site surveys, installation, integration, and testing of customer premise fiber systems and routers, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy. You will interface with customers and vendors, resolve technical issues, and document performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years installation experience or equivalent training
• Prior leadership experience required
• High school diploma with two years technical school or equivalent
• Proficient laptop computer skills
• Ability to read and follow MOPs, specifications, and wiring documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed site surveys, installation, integration, and testing of fiber systems and routers
• Conduct test and turn-up of equipment, resolve technical issues
• Perform quality audits and ensure work meets industry/customer standards
• Accurately document all work, including MOPs, test records, and project completion reports
• Install cable trays, racking, telecommunications equipment, and wiring
