You'll own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and cultivate potential clients through proactive outreach and cold calling
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure renewals
  • Conduct client consultations to assess energy needs and present solutions
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track leads and manage accounts

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in energy industry (retail gas/electricity, sustainability, solar, demand response)
  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Experience in prospecting and networking for new business
  • Ability to work with autonomy and collaborate in a team

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience in retail energy or related field
