💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions team to maintain and repair pump, power, and HVAC equipment using our proprietary T3 platform for diagnostics and workflow. You'll travel to customer sites for preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and support lower-level technicians. This role offers year-round OEM training and a clear path to grow with a company transforming construction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and track service intervals
• Travel to customer job sites for preventive maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months)
• High School diploma or Trade school certificate
• Field service maintenance and repair experience
