Description

As a Finance & Strategy Manager, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive capital allocation, build financial models, and lead planning for Robinhood's Futures and Prediction Markets businesses. You'll own end-to-end P&L management, translating data into strategic recommendations that shape how these businesses scale responsibly.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance Strategy or analytics-focused role
• 3+ years supporting product finance in fintech, exchange, or high-growth business
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
• Experience presenting complex financial analyses to senior leaders
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; SQL and dashboarding tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to senior RHD leaders, informing capital allocation and investment decisions
• Build and maintain financial models and decision frameworks
• Own end-to-end budget and workforce planning across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance
• Manage core financial processes: weekly KPI tracking, monthly reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual plans
• Lead scenario modeling, growth analysis, and performance deep-dives with data scientists
