Description

You will lead the creation of the trade fund management function at Mammoth Brands, overseeing trade investment strategy across all retail channels. You will set trade spend governance, drive data-driven planning and allocation decisions, and ensure financial rigor in trade investments while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of CPG experience with trade spend, trade promotion management, or sales finance
• Proven experience managing large trade budgets across multiple retail customers
• Strong understanding of retailer dynamics and customer P&Ls
• Advanced analytical skills
• Experience owning or leading TPM systems and processes
• Prior manager or senior manager experience in Trade or Commercial Finance (preferred)
• Experience at a mid-large size CPG manufacturer (preferred)
• MBA or advanced degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise trade fund strategy and governance
• Partner with retail channels to track trade spend and optimize ROI
• Lead strategic planning and budgeting for trade spend
• Own Trade Promotion Management system (Vividly) and drive process improvements
• Analyze promotion spend effectiveness and translate into actionable insights
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
