💼 About This Role

You'll optimize production of high-quality luxury RVs at Lightship, the first American all-electric RV maker. You'll enhance efficiency and capacity by evaluating processes and implementing new production plans. This role offers the chance to work on innovative electric vehicles with a collaborative startup team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design efficient processes, jigs, and workstations using engineering drawings.
• Select and procure equipment, tools, and fixtures per specifications.
• Lead yield improvement and waste reduction using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain production documentation and work instructions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing (preferably automotive or aerospace).
• Experience with GD&T drawings and technical documents.
• Experience with NPI and transition to production.
