Description

You will lead the strategy domain within UM Netherlands, integrating specialisms to deliver future-proof integrated propositions that drive client growth. As the senior strategist, you will manage a team of 6, develop strategic frameworks for pitches, oversee award programs, and represent UM at industry events.

Requirements

• Dutch speaking (mandatory)
• Experience in integrated media strategy
• Ability to analyze data and generate creative concepts
• Leadership experience managing a team
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality strategic service to clients to grow their business
• Build strategic frameworks for pitches and win them
• Lead, build, and mentor a team of 6 strategists
• Drive innovation in strategy development and oversee the awards program
• Act as the face of UM in the Dutch market through thought leadership and events
