💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate multiple facilities projects and manage work orders for a network of fitness studios. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building management to ensure timely project execution. This hybrid role is based in Arlington, VA, and offers Flexible PTO and free classes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track multiple facilities projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
• Manage a high volume of work orders across varying priority levels
• Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building management
• Solicit, review, and manage vendor bids and proposals

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, vendor management, or multi-site operations
• Aptitude for prioritizing multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• Experience with CMMS software like FEXA
• Knowledge of vendor compliance and safety requirements
