You'll join a highly collaborative team at Berkadia, performing in-depth financial analysis for Affordable Multifamily Commercial Real Estate assets. You'll own the process of breaking down P&L statements and regulatory agreements to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients. This role offers exposure to deal-making and career growth in a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze P&L statements and rent rolls for strategic insights
• Interpret complex regulatory agreements (LIHTC)
• Maintain databases tracking investment sales activity
• Create presentations of complex financial analyses for clients

📋 Requirements

• Direct LIHTC experience
• Exceptionally strong Excel modeling with VBA and complex formulas
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex Regulatory Agreements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience with data analytics (demographics, industry trends)
