💼 About This Role

You'll own the demand signal that drives every operational decision at HelloFresh, building automated forecasting systems in SQL and Python. Your forecasts directly determine food waste, labour costs, and customer experience for millions of meals across Europe. You'll bridge the gap to a next-generation data-driven global function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SQL queries daily to extract and transform demand data.
• Develop and refine forecasting models in Python using statistical and ML techniques.
• Design dashboards and automated reporting in Tableau or Power BI.
• Generate daily and weekly demand plans for European markets.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Fluent SQL with complex queries (joins, window functions, CTEs).
• Good working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and forecasting.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.

✨ Nice to Have

• E-commerce, food retail, or FMCG experience.
• Perishable/short shelf-life experience.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake).
