Description

As a Master Service Technician at Carvana's factory-authorized CDJR dealership, you'll diagnose and repair vehicles including engine, transmission, diesel, and electrical systems—using factory tools and procedures. You'll work alongside a supportive team with steady workflow, focusing on proper diagnostics and quality repairs, not just maintenance.

Requirements

• Phase 3 Certified Stellantis technician
• Dealership technician experience preferred, especially CDJR
• Ability to perform main line repairs and diagnostics
• Comfortable using factory scan tools and service information
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer concerns and perform proper repairs
• Engine, transmission, diesel (Cummins), and powertrain repairs
• Warranty and recall repairs, module programming with wiTECH
• Communicate repair findings using digital inspections
• Follow factory repair procedures and service information
