You'll be part of a team working on Kong's proxy stack based on Nginx/OpenResty, contributing to the Kong Gateway OSS and Enterprise product. Your core impact will involve debugging distributed services and organizing complex problem resolution. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on proxy stack based on Nginx/OpenResty
• Organize and prioritize complex problem resolution and bug fixes
• Debug distributed services
• Contribute to Kong Gateway OSS and Enterprise product

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in computer operating systems
• Deep understanding of Linux system runtime and networking stack
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as gdb, systemtap, tcpdump, crash
• Experience with public cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with NGINX/OpenResty backend services
• Hands-on experience with Lua/C programming (LuaJIT a plus)
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Kong Gateway/Ingress Controller
