You'll own engineering end-to-end at an AI startup building agents for enterprise governance. You'll scale the team from 5 to 20+ engineers while shipping world-class product. This role is for a builder-first leader who goes deep on architecting agentic workflows and sets a shipping culture with weekly cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all engineering output: quality, velocity, reliability, security
• Build engineering team from 5 to 15–20 in 12 months
• Set shipping culture with weekly demos and continuous deployment
• Partner with CEO on product direction and customer conversations

📋 Requirements

• Builder first, manager second – strongest engineer on any team
• Prior experience as technical founder or early engineering leader
• Proven ability to scale a team from small to 20+
• AI-native mindset – building with LLMs and agents today

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience in domains where correctness matters like fintech/health
