💼 About This Role

You'll join our Roadway/Highway team in Indianapolis, preparing roadway design plans and performing drainage design for transportation projects. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with DOT standards, contributing to infrastructure projects that impact local communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare preliminary/final roadway design plans and specifications.
• Perform geometric design, corridor modeling, and drainage analysis.
• Conduct field reviews to gather data for roadway assessments.
• Coordinate with entry-level engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Passed FE/EIT exam.
• 3–5 years of roadway design experience with drainage exposure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HY-8, HEC-RAS, or StormCAD.
• Knowledge of DOT/local agency standards.
