- Drive adoption of conversational intelligence across sales teams.

- Develop structured certification tracks for priority sales plays.
- Build reporting dashboards linking simulation data to revenue outcomes.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in sales enablement or revenue operations.
- Experience with AI-driven conversational intelligence platforms.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling sales certification programs.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
