You'll oversee order processing and customer support for luxury resale marketplace Rebag. You'll troubleshoot shipping delays and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work with TikTok Shop and manage marketplace integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee order processing, cancellations, and refunds
• Manage escalated customer support cases
• Perform fraud review on flagged orders
• Create and upload marketplace listings and feeds

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of ecommerce experience
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Shopify Plus and Zendesk experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree

✨ Nice to Have

• Marketplace integrations experience with TikTok Shop, Vestiaire, Ebay, Amazon Seller Central
• Experience with TikTok Live operations
