• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in customer experience, operations, or analytics preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics or related field

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance
• Propose and implement CX improvements through policy, product, and process changes
• Support product rollouts and monitor adoption metrics
• Act as liaison between CX, Operations, and Product teams
