You'll build expert capabilities in prospective external control arms and hybrid controls integrating real-world data with clinical trials. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop statistical methodologies for external control arms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study design and analysis.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of research studies.
• Mentor internal teams on novel statistical practices.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry/research experience.
• Expertise in causal inference methods and survival analysis.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Bayesian and frequentist borrowing methods.
• Knowledge of oncology endpoints and clinical development.
