You'll lead the outbound process in our Ostrava warehouse, ensuring thousands of orders are shipped on time and complete. You'll manage shifts of over 200 people and directly impact customer delivery slots.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a shift of over 200 people, assigning tasks and motivating coordinators.
• Monitor order completeness, temperature chains, and ramp cleanliness.
• Analyze efficiency and propose improvements to break records.
• Collaborate with dispatch and other warehouse sections for smooth material flow.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Operational drive to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Analytical thinking to interpret numbers and identify bottlenecks.
• Goal orientation to push things forward.

• Knowledge of English or Russian language.
• Flexibility for shift work (short/long week, 3:00-22:00).
