You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide resources to people struggling with mental health. You'll develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies, attend networking events, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Baytown, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
