Description

You will manage the full sales cycle for Stripe’s largest customers in Central and Eastern Europe, working with ambitious startups and enterprises. Your role involves developing long-term sales strategies, leading negotiations, and expanding Stripe’s footprint within high-growth companies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years sales experience selling technical products to enterprise
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions
  • Proven track record of top performance
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Polish or Czech
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies for named accounts
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Lead commercial negotiations for complex renewals
  • Drive deal strategy and coordinate with external stakeholders
