Description
You will manage the full sales cycle for Stripe’s largest customers in Central and Eastern Europe, working with ambitious startups and enterprises. Your role involves developing long-term sales strategies, leading negotiations, and expanding Stripe’s footprint within high-growth companies.
Requirements
- 10+ years sales experience selling technical products to enterprise
- Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions
- Proven track record of top performance
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Polish or Czech
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies for named accounts
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations for complex renewals
- Drive deal strategy and coordinate with external stakeholders
