Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you'll take ownership of your own customer accounts from day one, providing consultative advice and driving engagement. You'll be the crucial link between customers, Facebook, and product development in the fast-paced online marketing industry, helping large advertisers scale their operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or corresponding agencies, preferably in online marketing
  • Great communication skills to explain complex concepts and give consultative advice
  • Professional spoken and written English plus fluency in Spanish
  • Able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture customer accounts through daily communication and online marketing expertise
  • Hone customer online marketing strategy and resolve advertiser issues (budgets, performance, manual work)
  • Take ownership of growing your target market and develop vertical expertise (e.g., e-commerce, travel)
  • Develop excellent knowledge of Smartly tool and Facebook advertising
  • Collaborate with customers, team, and product development to maintain feedback loop
