💼 About This Role

You'll join Harvey's Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll and equity operations. You'll build scalable processes during a high-growth period and partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. This role offers exposure to end-to-end payroll and equity administration at a rapidly scaling AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and off-cycle payrolls
• Administer equity transactions including grants, vestings, and exercises
• Prepare journal entries for payroll and stock-based compensation
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll and equity inquiries

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent
• 4-6 years of payroll processing or equity administration experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with complex formulas

• Experience with equity management platforms
• Knowledge of stock options and RSUs
• Familiarity with internal controls and audit support
