You will assist Maven members in navigating digital care, providing resources and education to access services. This role involves conducting introductory video appointments, offering personalized recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal member outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and written)
• Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare
• 1-2+ years of direct patient care or digital health experience
• Problem-solving skills in remote/startup environment
• Empathetic communication and passion for positive member experience
