You'll lead hardware and safety-critical systems programs for a cutting-edge robotics company acquired by Amazon. You will drive products through a stage-gate lifecycle, synchronizing hardware builds with Agile software releases. This role is a key partner to Product Management and executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead program through formal stage-gate execution framework
• Synchronize hardware, certification, software, product management, supply chain, manufacturing, QA
• Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into milestones
• Coordinate execution of safety validation plans
• Provide insightful reports to high-level managers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hardware Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management for integrated hardware/software systems
• Proven success driving products through stage-gate process
• Experience navigating certification processes like UL, CE, FCC

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Direct experience with mechatronic systems, robotics, or autonomous hardware
