💼 About This Role

You'll define Rwazi's market narrative and own the complete marketing function including positioning, product marketing, and demand generation. You'll build repeatable go-to-market systems that turn product intelligence into scalable pipeline growth and revenue clarity. This is a system-building leadership role, not campaign management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect the full marketing operating system (strategy to metrics)
• Oversee product launches for structure and revenue alignment
• Design pipeline generation strategies aligned with enterprise sales cycles
• Own win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Proven ownership of full marketing functions or senior leadership
• Deep experience in product marketing and complex GTM environments
• Strong technical fluency in SaaS architectures and data systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, data, or technical platforms
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS ($20M–$100M ARR)
