Description

As a front-line supervisor at Carvana's Inspection Center, you'll manage a team of associates to ensure vehicles meet rigorous cosmetic and mechanical standards. You'll oversee production goals, train team members, and maintain a safe, efficient workflow to deliver high-quality cars to customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes and lean principles

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of Inspection Center for repairs, meeting production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and coach team members
• Communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals to team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively
