🎯 What You'll Do

• Explore mobile game market and player behavior data for improvements.
• Translate design concepts into high-quality game executions with internal teams.

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a game designer at senior manager or head level.
• Proven experience in game design, core loop development, and monetization design.
• Leadership experience in managing and growing a team of designers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
