💼 About This Role
You'll drive sales enablement execution for the Account Executive organization at a fast-growing fundraising platform. You'll partner with Sales Leadership to reinforce consultative selling behaviors and improve qualification rigor across segments.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Iterate onboarding and everboarding programs for AEs and Sales Managers.
- Conduct structured call reviews and deliver targeted coaching.
- Analyze performance data using Salesforce and Gong to identify gaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement with business goals.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership in high-growth startup.
- Proven experience carrying a quota (AE, BDR, or Sales Leader).
- Hands-on experience with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC).
- Skilled in Salesforce and Gong to uncover performance insights.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to or enabling sales teams in the nonprofit sector.
- Formal certification in Challenger or MEDDICC.
- Experience with 30 Minutes to President’s Club sales training framework.
