• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain People data and documentation across internal systems.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• High ownership mindset with ability to manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable in async, remote-first environments across global time zones.
