💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the liquidity ecosystem for a leading global digital asset platform, driving commercial growth by deepening partnerships and expanding the provider network. You'll shape strategy, negotiate with Tier-1 market makers, and collaborate cross-functionally. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of business development, trading infrastructure, and institutional relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define global liquidity acquisition and retention strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships from onboarding to optimization.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with market makers and OTC desks.
• Monitor liquidity quality metrics and work with providers to improve execution performance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, and FIX/API connectivity.
• Strong existing network across institutional trading firms, market makers, and OTC desks.

• Experience operating across APAC, EMEA, and Americas jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments in multiple regions.
