You'll lead Operations, People, Finance, IT, and Administration for a global nonprofit driving animal protection impact. You'll build lean, cost-effective systems that maximize donor dollars and enable staff to focus on programmatic work.

• Develop and implement lean, cost-effective operational systems and procedures.
• Partner with Senior Leadership Team to align operations with organizational strategy.
• Manage organizational change and crisis initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record in mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
• Experience leading People, Finance, IT, and Administration functions.
• Deep commitment to animal protection and alignment with organizational mission.

• Experience in global or remote-first organizations.
• Familiarity with nonprofit financial management and compliance.
• Certification in HR, project management, or operations (e.g., SHRM, PMP).
