You'll monitor every active deal across three sales squads and personally intervene when deals start stalling. You'll call prospects directly and jump on calls with AEs to re-engage momentum. This player-coach role is for someone who wants to prevent deals from dying by being in the pipeline daily.

  • Monitor Pipedrive daily across all three sales squads.
  • Personally intervene on stalling deals by calling prospects.
  • Hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence and pipeline hygiene.
  • Run weekly pipeline health reports for leadership.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
  • Experience in a player-coach or senior AE role.
  • Deep comfort with CRM systems โ€” Pipedrive strongly preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and objection handling skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in virtual staffing, SaaS or managed services.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive reporting and automation features.
  • Track record of improving pipeline conversion rates.
