Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, brand partnerships, or partner-facing marketing role
- Experience building activation plans for sports/entertainment property
- Strong project management skills managing multiple activations
- Direct experience managing entertainment or brand partner relationships
- Proven negotiation and dealmaking experience
Responsibilities
- Manage key sports and entertainment partnerships, developing and executing seasonal activation plans
- Collaborate with property partners, talent teams, agencies, and cross-functional Marketing partners
- Implement engagement strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and cultural relevance
- Track and report on partnership performance, assessing ROI and optimizing future activations
