Description

You will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for customers using Contentful Personalization, working directly with engineering, product, and marketing teams to reduce implementation risk and accelerate time to value.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with production experience.
• Hands-on technical skills in modern composable architectures.
• Experience building proof-of-concepts and reference implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
• Ability to lead technical discovery sessions and enable customer teams through workshops and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategies, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks.
• Design scalable personalization strategies with guardrails for performance, governance, and multi-region deployments.
• Define measurement approaches connecting user behavior to decisioning logic and business outcomes.
• Architect end-to-end personalization solutions using Contentful Personalization, including user identification, audience evaluation, and content delivery.
• Integrate personalization with enterprise platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, analytics, and consent tools.
