💼 About This Role

You'll provide quality client supervision and hands-on intervention as a BCBA, focusing on individualized care for children. You'll also mentor Behavior Analysts in Training to help shape the program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care

📋 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Current Texas LBA license and BCBA certification from BACB
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
