You'll architect and scale release-driven digital education for complex SaaS products as a senior individual contributor. Your core impact will be building flagship eLearning and creating reusable design patterns that align learning with product releases. This role stands out as the learning design authority and quality multiplier for a global governance platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver rapid release-synchronous eLearning using Rise
• Convert ILT/VILT content into scalable self-directed learning
• Design net-new, maintenance, and delta-training modules
• Create microlearning modules and demo/how-to videos

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of instructional design or rapid eLearning experience
• Experience in ADDIE, Backward, and Agile design
• Proven success in high-volume, release-driven environments
• Strong proficiency with Articulate Rise and working knowledge of Storyline

• IAPP Certifications

• ATD or similar industry certification
