  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
  • Lead onboarding, product demos, and success planning
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and other teams on retention

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify trends

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk, Asana, Notion, or Slack
  • Fluency in English (required, but nice to have confirmed)
