๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
- Lead onboarding, product demos, and success planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and other teams on retention
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify trends
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Zendesk, Asana, Notion, or Slack
- Fluency in English (required, but nice to have confirmed)
