You'll support financial operations for a centralized accounting office serving two Mercedes-Benz dealerships. You'll reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with the month-end close process. This role offers the chance to monitor manufacturer incentives and grow in a fast-paced, multi-store environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including receivables, inventory, and reserves
• Audit deals for compliance with manufacturer and lender requirements
• Monitor and track manufacturer incentive programs
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-2 years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with dealership management system like Tekion
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Automotive dealership experience
• Multi-store or centralized accounting experience
• Understanding of DMV regulations and vehicle titling
