Description

Lead the reimagination of Roku's proprietary business applications—including the user operations platform (Tarmac) and risk/compliance engine (ROME)—transitioning them from human-driven workflows to AI-first, scalable systems. You'll partner with engineering, operations, risk, and support teams to decouple operational headcount from business growth, ensuring seamless data integration across the enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years managing and scaling PM teams at Senior Manager or Director level
• Proven track record of building complex operational workflows where AI replaced human execution
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration and build-vs-buy decisions for AI capabilities
• Experience shipping AI into production with measurable operational metrics

Responsibilities

• Define the AI-first vision and strategic roadmap for business applications
• Decouple headcount from growth by identifying high-leverage AI opportunities
• Drive ecosystem integration with Salesforce and Insertion Order Campaign Management systems
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers
• Own KPIs for internal operational efficiency (cost-per-ticket, review times, headcount-to-volume ratio)
