💼 About This Role

You'll manage German GAAP compliance and tax reporting for Coupa's international entities. Your work will ensure accurate statutory audits and VAT reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and automation initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day German GAAP compliance and tax requirements
• Assist with year-end statutory audits and tax returns
• Own monthly VAT reporting and accounting for German entities
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience in fast-paced environment
• Deep expertise in German GAAP and tax principles
• Experience working for a US multinational with international subsidiaries

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct or similar modern accounting systems
