You'll partner with lead teachers to create a warm, achievement-driven school culture in a K-12 public charter network. You'll gain small group and whole class teaching experience while receiving robust professional development and coaching. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with lead teachers to implement curriculum and classroom routines
• Plan and provide individualized small group instruction
• Provide whole group instruction in select subjects up to two classes daily
• Engage in lesson planning and preparation across multiple content areas

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Ability to motivate and challenge students in a rigorous classroom
• Willingness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
• Strong sense of personal accountability for student achievement

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Previous student teaching or classroom teaching experience
