💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small recruiting team in a player-coach model at a space manufacturing startup, driving hiring for software and hardware roles. You'll personally manage 4–8 requisitions while mentoring recruiters to improve speed and quality. This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic process improvement in the commercial space industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day execution across a team of 2–4 recruiters
• Own hiring outcomes across your area, managing 4–8 requisitions personally
• Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles and process
• Drive improvements to recruiting processes for speed and quality

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for software and/or hardware engineering roles
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy, process, and outcomes beyond execution
• Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters formally or informally

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, or deep tech
• Experience operating in a player-coach or lead capacity
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and funnel diagnostics
